Our customized backlights are built for maximized outputs with controllable intensity, industry-standardized certifications, convenient mounting, and a built-in driver. Our backlight series comes with a customizable operation handling, wherein it can run on continuous operation mode or can operate either on an NPN or PNP trigger signal. Running on an industry-standard 24VDC, the 1-10 VDC procures for the user total control over the intensity of the backlight, while proper heat dissipation is achieved through side extrusion and heat sink installed already into the light. The backlight comes with an in-built driver, with a total of 45 mm extrusion the light is very easy to mount.

Volcon dome light is developed with a 140mm wide area viewing adds convenience and enables reading barcodes, imperfections, scrutiny of product labels, round products, highly reflective products, and inspection of products for even, uniform, and repeatable light intensity. A compact design made to simplify and integrate functionality in the inspection and reading product process management. The key features of our dome light include multi-drive operation, allowing the user to function in continuous light or strobe mode. The NPN and PNP trigger signal input and an in-built 1-10VDC analog allows the user to control light intensity, making it customizable to the direct requirement on hand. Maximum outputs with versatile capabilities of our Dome light with an industry-standard 5-pin M12 connector make it easy to install and operate for all.

Ring light by Volcon is developed with a multi-driver integrated system, with options of continuous and strobe levels, the ring light is developed with aluminum housing and comes with a low-angle ring light for dark field applications. NPN or PNP triggers can be utilized for light control by the end-user depending upon the driver strobe selected and with an additional 1-10 VDC analog intensity line installed in the ring light, the end user can also control the intensity of the light and the direction for maximum operational convenience. The multi-functional ring light comes with two illumination options dark field and radical either can be chosen for better and optimum results. The easy-to-mount convenience enabling ring light designed by Volcon is developed keeping in mind the requirements of today’s continuous and rigorous operational cycles.
